ANNOUNCEMENT:

Admission Requirements and Procedures for First Semester, AY 2022-2023

In light of quarantine restrictions and other logistical matters, the conduct of admission exam will be waived for 1st Semester, AY 2022-2023. However, the grades of applicants shall still be evaluated according to the admission policy of the University and SHS strand/track shall still be implemented based on the Revised Policy on Admission & Retention for Undergraduate Programs – BOR Resolution No. 52 s. 2018.

To minimize exposure to COVID 19 virus, all application forms and required documents shall be submitted ONLINE for the whole CvSU System.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

Please be reminded of the following schedules of the student admission for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2022 - 2023.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

1. Please make sure to use your valid email address in registering to the CvSU Trece Admission Account.

2. Prepare the needed documents for uploading. (scanned copy/ screenshot/ clear photo in PDF or .JPEG Format ONLY)

3. Make sure you have submitted your documents in full page/s with clear, authentic, and readable contents. CvSU Trece Martires City Campus reserves the right to decline applications with fraudulent details and documents. Any form of dishonesty on the part of the applicant such as wrong declaration of strand/track, grades, falsification of documents, etc. may mean ineligibility to be accepted by the University.

4. DOCUMENTS/CREDENTIALS TO BE SUBMITTED:

a) First Year Applicants (SHS Graduates)

• Clear scanned copy of Grade 12 report card (Front and Inside Pages) OR Certificate of Grades with 1st semester grades – 1st quarter and/or 2nd quarter grades (duly signed by their School Administrator/Principal/Adviser/Registrar Officer, with indication of the strand of the student).
  

b) First Year Applicants (ALS Passers)

• Clear scanned copy of Certificate of Rating (with remarks of eligibility for college application)
  
  

c) Transferees (Those who started college level from other university/school)

• Clear scanned copy of Transcript of Records/Certification of Grades
• Other required documents such as Honorable Dismissal, Certificate of Good Moral Character, NBI or Police Clearance shall be submitted AFTER the applicant passed the grade evaluation

d) Second Course Applicants (Those who finished a two-year program or four-year degree program)

• Clear scanned copy of Transcript of records/Certification of grades
• Other required documents such as Honorable Dismissal, Certificate of Good Moral Character, NBI or Police Clearance shall be submitted AFTER the applicant passed the grade evaluation

5. Qualified applicants shall be notified via email to submit their original admission requirements to the Office of the Campus Registrar via courier or Dropbox submission.

COLLEGE ADMISSION PROCEDURES:

1.    Create your CvSU Trece Admission Account by signing up through the following link: (http://cvsu-trececampus.com/home/signup)

2.    After creating your account, log-in through the following link: (http://cvsu-trececampus.com/home/login)

3.    Fill-out the requested details for each section.

4.    Upload your 2x2 ID picture in white background.

5.    Download and print the accomplished Application Form, and affix your signature.

6.    Upload your accomplished Application Form with your signature and the admission requirements as prescribed in the General Guidelines

7. Wait for the notification from the admissions coordinator in 5 to 7 working days through the notifications tab found on the upper portion of your account page.
